Four stops on one line.

Board at any stop or ride the whole line. Each stop below sets out what you get, how the work runs and when we are the right people to ask.

Mobile applications

Apps for iOS and Android that do a few things well.

On board at this stop

  • Discovery workshop to separate the essential first release from later ideas
  • Choice between native and cross-platform approaches, with the trade-offs explained in plain language
  • Offline behaviour, notifications and permissions designed deliberately rather than by default
  • Testing on real devices across common screen sizes and OS versions
  • Handover documentation so another developer could pick up the code

Good fit: a defined audience and a core task. Less suitable: “an app like X but for everything” with no first user in mind.

UI/UX design

Interfaces people understand without a manual.

On board at this stop

  • User journeys and task flows mapped before visual design begins
  • Low-fidelity wireframes to agree structure cheaply
  • Interactive prototypes for walkthroughs with real or representative users
  • Accessible colour, type and contrast choices aligned to WCAG 2.2 AA
  • A small, documented component library your developers can reuse

Can be bought on its own: many clients bring our designs to their in-house developers.

Web design & development

Websites and web applications that load fast and stay maintainable.

On board at this stop

  • Content structure and page planning before any code
  • Responsive, semantic HTML with keyboard and screen-reader support
  • Web applications with sign-in, forms, dashboards or bookings where needed
  • Sensible hosting choices, including straightforward shared hosting where that suits
  • Performance and basic SEO foundations: titles, descriptions, sitemaps, clean URLs

We avoid heavy frameworks where a plain site serves you better, and say so.

Publishing & IT help

Getting it released, and keeping the basics running.

On board at this stop

  • App Store and Google Play listings: screenshots, descriptions, age ratings, privacy labels
  • Pre-release checklist covering crash testing, store guideline review and rollback plan
  • Domain, DNS, SSL and business email setup and troubleshooting
  • Practical IT help for small teams: devices, accounts, backups and access hygiene
  • Post-launch support during office hours for agreed fixes and updates

IT help is advisory and hands-on within office hours; we are not a 24-hour managed service desk.
