Route › Approach & quality

A flight plan before take-off.

We work in clearly marked stages. Each ends with something you can see and approve, so surprises are found early when they are cheap.

  1. Brief

A conversation and a short written summary: goals, users, constraints, budget range. Free and without obligation.

  2. Plan

Scope, first-release feature list, risks and an estimate with stated assumptions.

  3. Design

Flows, wireframes, then visual design, reviewed with you at each step.

  4. Build

Short cycles with a working preview you can try, not just status reports.

  5. Prepare

Testing, accessibility checks, store and privacy paperwork, launch checklist.

  6. Release & support

Careful launch, monitoring the first days, agreed office-hours support after.

Quality criteria we hold ourselves to

CriterionHow we check it
UnderstandableKey tasks walked through by someone outside the project before release.
AccessibleKeyboard navigation, contrast, labels and text scaling checked against WCAG 2.2 AA.
ReliableTested on real devices and browsers; error states designed, not left to chance.
Private by defaultCollect only data that is needed; no tracking added without your informed decision.
MaintainableReadable code, version control and handover notes in your ownership.
Honestly estimatedEstimates show ranges and assumptions; changes are agreed in writing.

Achievements, honestly

We are a newly established practice and do not yet publish client case studies, testimonials, awards or performance figures. Rather than invent any, we will happily walk you through our process, sample documents and the checklist on our resources page. When we have permission to share finished work, it will appear here.
